No. The price you see on the Packages page is the full price including MwSt. Anything outside your package — extra hours, a custom branded print layout, travel beyond 40 km of Zurich or Davos — is listed separately and confirmed with you in writing before you book, never added afterward.

Yes — we ask for a 30% deposit via Twint or card to confirm your date, with the balance due on the event day, (for corporate clients on invoice). This protects your date from being double-booked and is standard practice for event vendors in Switzerland.

Yes, delivery and full setup/breakdown are included within 40 km of Davos or Zurich where we offer our service; beyond that a travel fee applies and is quoted upfront. Our team arrives [60–90] minutes before your event starts so we could be ready on time for your first guests.

Yes, under a roof, tent, or other weather cover. Fully open-air, unsheltered outdoor use isn't recommended for the equipment —we could also come with our Battery solution if needed —talk to us about your venue and we'll advise.
